Microbiological testing

The following microbiological tests of cereals and groats are carried out in our laboratory:
- Detection of Salmonella spp. (PCR by BAX®);
- Detection of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC);
- Enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae;
- Enumeration of Clostridium perfringens;
- Enumeration of yeasts and moulds;
- Determination of toxicity (viability of infuzorium);
- Enumeration of coagulase-positive staphylococci (Staphylococcus aureus and other spieces);
- Enumeration of Coliforms;
- Enumeration of microorganisms;
- Enumeration of Listeria Monocytogenes;
- Other microbiological tests.
